handling matters primarily in the fields of contract, enforcement, property, commercial, and labor law in the Republic of Slovenia,

drafting, reviewing, and coordinating various types of contracts, legal instruments, and other documentation,

updating internal policies and regulations in accordance with legislative changes,

initiating and managing enforcement proceedings,

preparing and handling claims for damages,

monitoring and analyzing legislation and case law necessary for the company's smooth and efficient operation,

monitoring and analyzing legislative changes.

Degree in Law (Level VII),

at least 2 years of experience in similar roles,

sound knowledge of the law of obligations, property law, commercial law, and labor law of the Republic of Slovenia,

active command of English,

proficiency in MS Office,

excellent communication and organizational skills,

initiative and innovativeness,

reliability, precision, and a sense of responsibility,
