RESPECT FOR CORPORATE INTEGRITY

The company Terme Olimia d. d. fully respects legislation, internal company rules, good business practices, and ethical principles in its operations. In doing so, the company adheres to the respect for corporate integrity.

A Corporate Integrity Officer is appointed in the company as the responsible person who ensures corporate integrity within the company and, in the event of a potential report of a violation of corporate integrity, initiates an investigation process and takes further action in case a violation is established.

If an individual notices non-compliance with legislation, internal company rules, good business practices, and ethical principles during the company's operations, they have the option to report a violation of corporate integrity.
