Ambulatory physiotherapy

At the Health Center Olimia, we provide outpatient physiotherapy services for the local and wider area. You can schedule an appointment for outpatient physiotherapy based on a referral for physiotherapy issued by your chosen personal, substitute, or referring doctor. When scheduling, the level of urgency and the priority criteria stated on the referral for outpatient physiotherapy are taken into account. If you have additional insurance that includes physiotherapy, you can make an appointment with us through your insurance company. We cooperate with all insurance companies in Slovenia. If you are a foreigner, we will issue you an invoice, and your insurance company will cover the amount. Alternatively, you can schedule a private self-paying physiotherapy treatment.

You can use a small (1), medium (2), and large (3) physiotherapy treatment, as well as special physiotherapy treatment (4.2 Lymphatic drainage, treatment of primary and secondary lymphedema) with us. We only register in the waiting list with the original work order. The work order with a degree of urgency fast and regular is valid for 21 days, with a degree of urgency very fast for 7 days. Ordering

Appointment with a work order for outpatient physiotherapy

1. In person:

From Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Submit the work order to the receptionist at the Health Center - Hotel Breza.

2. By regular mail:

Send the work order to the address: Terme Olimia d.d., Zdraviliška 24, 3524 Podčetrtek. Include all necessary information (phone number, address, email address) so we can inform you about the start of therapies.

Upon receiving the original work order, you will be placed on the waiting list.

If you wish to undergo outpatient physiotherapy with a work order during your stay at our spa, please note that you will be staying at the hotel. You can only reserve your stay once we set a date and inform you about the start of therapies.

The responsible person for receiving and handling requests for addressing violations of patient rights at Terme Olimia d.d. is Jasna Žerak, head of the Health Center Olimia.

The first request can be submitted during working hours in writing, by phone, or in person by prior appointment, via email or by phone: 03 829 78 91. Patient rights representatives can advise, assist, or even represent the patient in exercising rights under the Patient Rights Act.

If you cannot attend the agreed appointment, you can excuse your absence in writing without stating a reason no later than 10 days before the scheduled physiotherapy treatment and only once. If you do not show up and do not excuse your absence in advance, you will be removed from the waiting list and the work order will cease to be valid. You can re-register on the waiting list for the same service with the same provider only after 3 months.

A later cancellation of the appointment must be in writing and is only possible for objective reasons, meaning an unavoidable or unpredictable event that prevented you from attending the physiotherapy treatment (e.g., illness, death in the family, natural disaster, traffic accident). In the case of a justified absence, we will place you on the waiting list for the next available appointment.

Cancellations are in no case possible after 30 days following the appointment.
