In addition to the aforementioned method, we offer the option of direct reservation and payment by credit card online. In this case, the reservation will be confirmed and paid as soon as you finalize the payment process. This guarantees that you will receive exactly the accommodation you have chosen.
If children will be staying with you, please also indicate the expected number for which accommodation needs to be paid. Based on the expected number of children and other reservation data, the price of the arrangement is calculated automatically and displayed on the screen. Let us inform you that in the case of reservations and payments online, it is considered that you have read these terms and that you agree with them.
The guest has the right to a reservation. In the event that the guest cancels the arrangement, Terme Olimia has the right to reimbursement of costs due to cancellation. The amount of cancellation costs for the arrangement depends on the time at which the guest submitted the cancellation. In the case of cancellation of the arrangement, Terme Olimia is entitled to the following cancellation costs:
- cancellation up to 2 days before arrival – cancellation costs amounting to 1 night's stay in the selected accommodation unit
- in case of no-show - cancellation costs amounting to 1 night's stay in the selected accommodation unit
In the case of changing the arrangement at your own request, or due to force majeure, without any reasons on the part of Terme Olimia due to improperly performed service, the guest has no right to claim any compensation or price reduction. The cancellation must be communicated by the guest via phone (+386/3/829-78-36) or sent by email to info@terme-olimia.com or in written form to the reservation service of Terme Olimia d.d., Zdraviliška cesta 24, 3254 Podčetrtek.
All prices from the offer of Terme Olimia already include value-added tax. In the case of disputes between the parties, the competent court in Celje is responsible for all disputes.
DISPLAYED PRICES
The displayed prices listed on the website for accommodation packages are the lowest possible prices at which the offer can be reserved. The price within the periods during which the offer is valid varies proportionally with the occupancy of the accommodation facility. Thus, the lower the occupancy of the term, the lower the price applies for that same term.
ONLINE TICKET PURCHASE
On the Terme Olimia website, it is possible to purchase a ticket tied to a specific date for a period of 14 days in advance. In the case of no-show, the ticket cannot be used on another date; the ticket is valid only on the date for which it was purchased. Purchase cancellations are possible up to 2 days before arrival. Later cancellations are not possible. In the case of reserving entry and committing to payment with a gift voucher upon arrival, the guest will be charged 50% of the reservation value in case of no-show.
Sun loungers at the pools are free and available until occupancy.
ONLINE PURCHASE OF GIFT VOUCHERS
On the Terme Olimia website, it is possible to purchase gift vouchers. Gift vouchers purchased online will be delivered in PDF format, along with the invoice, no later than 15 minutes after the purchase to the email provided by the buyer during the purchase. The validity of the vouchers is 1 year from the date of purchase. Cancellations and refunds are possible 14 days after the purchase.
