RESPECT FOR CORPORATE INTEGRITY

The company Terme Olimia d. d. fully respects legislation, internal company rules, good business practices, and ethical principles in its operations. In doing so, the company adheres to the respect for corporate integrity.

A Corporate Integrity Officer is appointed in the company as the responsible person who ensures corporate integrity within the company and, in the event of a potential report of a violation of corporate integrity, initiates an investigation process and takes further action in case a violation is established.

If an individual notices non-compliance with legislation, internal company rules, good business practices, and ethical principles during the company's operations, they have the option to report the non-compliance with corporate integrity.

Reports of non-compliance with corporate integrity can be made in three ways:

In the case of reporting via email, you can ensure the anonymity of communication by creating an anonymous email account. The officer will communicate with you and may ask questions for clarification of the report.

The report can also be anonymous. It is important for the whistleblower to describe all facts, including those that may not seem relevant, and to attach evidence if available.
