NOTICE ON VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
NOTICE TO EXTERNAL PERSONS UNDER PARAGRAPH 3 OF ARTICLE 76 OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION ACT (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 163/2022, ZVOP-2) REGARDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE IN THE AREAS, SPACES, AND FACILITIES OF THE COMPANY TERME OLIMIA d.d.

3. Purpose of implementing video surveillance:
video surveillance is conducted to ensure the safety of people and property in the areas, facilities, and spaces of the company TERME OLIMIA d.d., in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 77 and paragraph 1 of Article 78 of ZVOP-2 and provision f. point 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR.
4. Information on special impacts of processing, especially further processing:
The personal data controller will process recordings exclusively for the primary purpose – for the purpose for which the video surveillance was established.
5. Unusual further processing:
further processing of recordings from the video surveillance system is not carried out;
audio intervention during video surveillance is not carried out;
monitoring with the help of the video surveillance system is conducted by a specially authorized person on a computer screen (live monitoring);
recordings from the video surveillance system are stored for a maximum of 90 days.
6. Information on individual rights regarding recordings from the video surveillance system:
an individual who is identified in a recording from the video surveillance system or an individual captured by the video surveillance camera has the right to:
access the recording from the video surveillance system that relates to the person in the recording,
request deletion or limitation of processing of the recording from the video surveillance system,
object to the processing of the recording from the video surveillance system,
data portability of the video surveillance system (copy of the recording).
7. Information on the right to lodge a complaint:
you can submit a complaint regarding the recording from the video surveillance system to the address of the Authorized Person for Data Protection, at the address: TERME OLIMIA d.d. – Authorized Person for Data Protection, Zdraviliška cesta 24, 3254 Podčetrtek or to the e-mail address: dpo@terme-olimia.com.
8. Necessity of providing personal data or consent to video surveillance or recording:
personal consent is not required due to the existence of a legal basis for implementing video surveillance; an individual has the right not to enter the area, space, or facility where video surveillance is conducted.
